Nike factory, Chang Shin Indonesia, PT (CSI) has its first installation of CZ/P Comelz machine in 2016. In this month of December 2017, CSI has first installation of another CZ series called CZ/L. CZ/L machine is different to CZ/P. CZ/P machine has only one cutting head and is a compact and ergonomic machine which is suitable for development room need. In addition to CZ/P, CZ/L has two cutting heads. CZ/L machine can perform continuous nesting, without pause or change of work place, the operator maintains full focus on nesting the pieces on the skins carried by the conveyor belt.
Besides, CZ/L type at CSI has special additional tools such as vertical loader, its trimmer and also ply shifter that can slide to bring material to the machine easily.
