Nikomas Gemilang, PT is a company of high branded shoes such as Nike and Adidas under Pou Chen Group. In March 2016, Nikomas Gemilang, PT (Nike Factory) installed Comelz machine CZ/L type for the first time by Manan as USMC technician.
In 2017, after a year Comelz first installation, Nike Factory from Nikomas Gemilang, PT continued installation the next Comelz machine, there were 4 machines arrived, 3 machines had been installed by Helmi and Mono in April 2017 and 2 machines in September 2017.
Nike Factory also installed NT series machine (NTXXL) as offline nesting table. NT/XXL is highly efficient and ergonomic work stations for the operation of:
- Leather measurement/grading and yield calculation (based on real cutting simulation of single or multiple hides)
- Leather digitizing (marking of defects and quality areas) and pattern nesting (manual nesting, manual nesting of the main pieces and automatic nesting for all other pieces, automatic nesting)
- Only leather digitizing. A real time automatic nesting is done directly on the machine, while cutting.
